I checked my bank account, as I always do, this morning. I noticed a charge in the amount of 39.95 that was debited from my account in the middle of the night last night. It says it was sparkfromcandy.com. it had a phone number that is 855-554-0642 and just said New York after the phone number. I called the number that was provided and got a voicemail saying it was a company called Abhelpline.com. When I Googled this company and Abhelpline.com, I immediately got all kinds of answers popping up saying they're a scam, people weren't getting refunded they're money, report it to your bank, etc. I emailed them in hopes for a refund but saw on another site they haven't done so for others

Tech Support Scam
Sometime earlier I received a message on my computer that I had a problem with international hackers trying to get into my computer to install malware. Call a number and it will be corrected. It looked like the messages came from Microsoft.I allowed them into my computer to correct the problem. I bought 1 years protection from them. Over the past few weeks they have tried to reach me by phone. With caller ID I refused to answer the call until today. They wanted to check for international hackers trying to get into my computer. After allowing them, they tried to sell me 3, 4 and life time protection for a significant money. When I told them I wouldn't be interested until I checked them out. They shut me down. I am afraid I have been compromised.

Debt Collections
Some ladies have been calling me about a debt "kay jewlers" well we have paid this a while ago so it made no sense. the lady on the phone was very rude and threatened to garnish our checks and send us to court if we didn't pay 500$ by Friday but our debt to begin with was 192$. We got really scared and confused so we called kay jewlers they stated that the account has been closed and that what we where stating sounded like a scam because debt collectors are not aloud to harass you or threatened you they told us to check our credit. We checked our credit and the debt shows as Account closed!!! When I told the lady on the phone this she stated it was closed but that they re opened it and that she didn't have to explain anything to me hung up but ended up sending me an email with a letter from "director" of the company but when I goggled their address it came up as a post office in California.
