I called the 800 number on the previous page and the call was "intercepted" by someone trying to sell medical alert devices. The phone number should have taken me to Michigan Reunion & Retreat. I hung up when the person trying to sell me something talked over me and would not respond to my question.

Identity Theft
I received a text message saying if I attempt 142 at target, I replied No. Then I got I text message saying that my UserID and Password were compromise, then I received a phone call asking me to submit my UserID and my PW, I did wrong several times they said I have to write the word cancel after I provide the information, then the guy said that I will received a text message then I need to provided him the code then I will received an email saying refund to my account. . I tried to contact the bank during the weekend the office was closed. How come the back does not have a 24 hours help desk??? Somebody needs to be there for the customers. The scammer sounds so real, they were using Patelco phone number, I got disconnected once then I called the number and the replied was that ther office were closed, But why Patelco do not provide a phone number in case of emergency like this? Then the guy called me again I told him about it and he said, that he was from the fraud office which is separate. The scammer was so real I received the emails with Patelco logo and with the logo of the new app that I did not know that exist, and the word Refund. I called today 12/27/21, and the clerk told me that they received a lot of phone calls about the scam, a lot of customers were affected by this issue. Some of them provided the info like me some others did not. Her advised was to fill out a police report which I did today and wait 24hrs to access my account. I asked her who is responsable to get my money back? she said probably the cops, but not the bank. I can not believe it!!! How come Patelco did not know that their phone number was using as part of the scam, they should have a Technology Alert. Not business hours or a phone to prevent us about this kind of scam. I'm sure I'm not alone, I'm sure a lot of people got the same problem and I want Patelco refund my money, they should have an insurance to cover the lack of security or support hours during the holidays.
