Signed with Robin OTC, believing it was part of the CBOE exchange. Sent $600 via crypto currency. I then attempted to withdraw that money but was refused because I had a low credit rating. On January 19, 2024 I checked the account and was told that $60,000 had been deposited into my account from a Chase Bank in the US. I was then told I owed $13000 dollars in taxes on that amount. All this information was part of a chat I had with that firm. I have the transcript of the chat. I believe the only personal information I gave them was my name and my wireless number. The account was opened on February 2023 if I remember correctly.

Here is a copy of info from site: "The fairy dandelion sculptures can be the perfect accompaniment to your traditional cottage garden or the striking centre piece in a modern setting. I'm not sure what that last word is, and there are no copper leaves on the item. Attempted to get missing parts sent and instructions to assemble. Vendor needed copy of shipping label and pictures. Vendor also stated do not ship back to address on label since that was not correct. I'm not sure why. The next email contact came from an email address entirely different from the original...support@sersuper.com. The address on the website is also different from that on the shipping label and NO telephone number contact available. I was charged $6.99 shipping, yet the vendor suggested "We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept this suggestion (refund of 15% was offered). This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager, we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product. Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. However, due to the instability of logistics, we do not recommend that you return the package. Otherwise, we will not bear the losses caused by logistics. Took many weeks to arrive and when it did, looked nothing like advertised, false advertising. Very poor quality, wrong colour, and big chunk missing from front band with jagged edges to the point not wearable. Claiming only give refund for size or quality, but when I showed picture of the product I received, offered refund (if I get anything?) and if I insist on returning, told me to send product to their Dubai wear house at my shipping cost. Feel totally scammed and definitely lost my $$. Learned my lesson, never shopping from a FB link again as realized suppliers not regulated!

Had the caller describe themselves as a clerk for the county, Savanna Whiteman. I did not answer the clerk knew my name and the name of my brother, they claimed my brother had a claim against him registered by the county and that he was to contact them immediately. My parents both received a call from the same clerk, they do not describe any details about their department or what county specifically. I have not called back out of fear of a scam due to the number. They do provide a number for us to call back, at 866-931-5259 he must provide claim number N839567. They claim my brother will be located at my residence but they do not specify if they know my address.

WPAA and billed as "Oversart-A HKG"
I ordered the product and received the confirmation email telling me I would be notified when the product shipped. After four weeks of no contact I emailed at the email address provided in the email from WPAA but my email kept getting returned to me as undeliverable. I then clicked the "visit our store" link provided in the email but it takes you to a random website called blinad.shop. I then disputed the charge with the credit card company. I then receive an email from "Alexia" from WPAA who asked me to withdraw the dispute. jShe gave me a link to a delivery service with my supposed tracking number. I put in the number and it told me my product was right in my town and had cleared customs in my town and was at a distribution center in my town. It was a little sketchy but I proceeded to withdraw the dispute, not knowing that once you do that you cannot refile a dispute! After notifying Alexia and her responding "ok" to deliver my product I waited another week but it never arrived and she did not respond to my two emails asking about delivery. It's clearly a scam...they know that once you withdraw a dispute with a credit card company you can't dispute the charge further. There was no phone number given for contact, which is why i had to type in 111-111-1111 because your website wouldn't allow me to leave it blank.

I backed out of this site and canceled the order on the original site. I looked up GARNETT RACER LLC and found that it had been incorporated in Rochester New York by an individual named Garnett Coley. Two days later we were notified by our credit card company of spurious charges from an outfit called Lex Consulting of Arlington Heights Illinois. Our credit card company stopped payment and issued new cards.

I searched for "banned retro swan shirt" online. A listing came up on https://www.onlinecorsets.com/. It is not unusual for this Banned Retro / Banned Apparel to be sold by other retailers. It was too good to be true. They had my size and the color I wanted for only $11 and change. I thought maybe this was a warehouse clearance. I decided to get one in black as well. I went to check out, and they offered free shipping. Little boxes kept popping up saying that: Someone just made a purchase in Los Angeles, CA, etc. I started to get suspicious. They claimed to offer PayPal, but it did not play out like PayPal, although it looked like PayPal or Shop. I stopped. They were going to charge me around $30, but I'm sure my credit card was about to get another charge later. I am concerned that since my browser auto-populated my credit card information in the fields, that the scammers got it, but it's probably alright since I did not submit it. I wonder if this is an iteration of First Corsets, which came up as an online scam when I did a search. Oh yeah, and on their about page they say they are a home improvement business and a Banned Retro retailer. I am guessing the scammers might be outside the U.S.

Placed my order may 24th. Reached out June 4th about item. I was told they would get back to me as they were unable to tell me where my package was. I checked the tracking information and it shows the package was never shipped out. The FedEx facility had not received it despite that I got an email days prior saying it was shipped. I forwarded the screenshot to them. Despite that they continue to say the package was shipped. I told them multiple times I wanted my order cancelled. Scammer had access to TV and shut off access to our Amazon Prime TV. We do have a Roku. Pop up number came on screen for tech support. I called it and the man told me he worked for Amazon Prime and talked me into paying $250 for allegedly two years of Amazon Prime membership. Then he fixed the issue with the TV and we had access to our Amazon streaming. He had access to our TV through our Roku. (We think). He had me Scan a code on the TV into my cell phone. I thought it was legit. He got the $250 from me, but I called Amazon 2 days later and they told me I was scammed. I called my credit card company and they put a stop on the credit card but I’m out the $250 because they said I “okayed the charge”. I don’t know what else they have taken from me and don’t know what else to do. I had the phone number but I deleted it after I found out it was a scam. Fake Border Patrol Phone Scam
A man called from an unknown number claiming to work with US Customs and Border Patrol claiming I received a package from Mexico that was intercepted because it contained illegal items. Said I was going to be arrested blah blah. Rattled off my address and asked if I recognized it, which I said yes to. Gave a badge number and case ID number. Kept saying the call was being recorded on a federally monitored line. Asked me to repeat back badge number, case ID#. I hung up.

I ordered a gift on 11/23/22. No tracking number and no ETA for delivery was provided. On 12/2/22, I asked for tracking number. Got one on 12/7/22 that indicated the gift had been delivered in my mailbox on 11/28/22. Since I did not get it - I contacted USPS and the seller. USPS said the package was not delivered to my address but another and that it was not what I ordered because it was too small and not the right weight. I spent the rest of December and January corresponding with the seller and the USPS and PayPal. In January, I was connected with the Post Master in my community an was provided paperwork that proved the tracking number the seller provided was not for my order. I contacted them again and after multiple emails, on 2/5/23, I received a second, different tracking number. This number indicated a package delivered to a different city in my state. This confirmed my suspicion this was a scam. I called my credit card company connected to my PayPal account and they are in the process of crediting back the charge and working the dispute with PayPal and the seller. Today, I looked online here and see that others have had the same experience. I want this company exposed for their wrongdoings. I will also be contacting the Attorney General in Pennsylvania to pursue this further.

Online Purchase - Revive Superfoods
Signed up via web site based on Facebook promoted ad. Was sent shipping confirmation with bogus tracking number. Order did not arrive. Contacted vendor multiple times via email. Finally responded that were re-shipping. Sent another bogus shipping number. Order never arrived. Exchanged 15+ emails where they claim to have shipped items and deny having charged my card multiple times. Card was charged twice 2 weeks apart for different amounts. Cannot reach this vendor by phone - only email.
